Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges or Returns MUST be made within 15 days of purchase and ONLY with a Return Authorization Number (RA #).
When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items
are not damage. We will credit or replace for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any
shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging

Claim for damages must be made with the carrier at once. Cycle Heart must be notified within
(5) working days of the receipt of a shipment of any damages or shortages. All goods returned must be shipped freight prepaid to Cycle Heart. No return on ELECTRICAL PARTS for credit. No credit will be issued for less than $10.00. No refunds after 60 days.

To Exchange or Return merchandise please follow these steps:
1. Before exchanging/returning any merchandise, you must first obtain a RA #.
2. You can obtain an RA # online using our
RETURNS/EXCHANGES form or you can call us at 1 561 909-5250.
3. Once you have been issued a RA #, you may return your merchandise.
4. Please repack the merchandise in it's original packaging (the same way you originally received it).
5. Clearly write the RA # on the outside of the package. (DO NOT write on the manufacturer's box).Packages without an RA # will be REFUSED.
6. Ship To:

7. Once we receive and confirm the condition of the merchandise, we will then process your request.
8. Please Allow 24-48 Hours For Exchanges/Returns To Be Processed.
9. All Shipping Fees are the responsibility of the customer.
!!! HELMET RETURNS POLICIES !!!
Helmets are nonrefundable! Only exchange or store credit can be apply.
Helmets will be accepted for return or exchange only in the unfortunate occurrence of damages to the helmet sustained prior to customer receipt of same helmet. To avoid the necessity of return due to sizing, please be sure to consult the sizing charts available for customer use throughout the site.
If you do not follow all of the instructions on
this page you may incur a 25% restocking fee or not receive any refund at
all.
Without prior approval we will not reimburse for
return shipping costs.
Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will not issue a
refund for a product without measurements, due to the size.
In your
return package please include:
• The packing slip
• A note telling us
what the problem was
• A note stating whether you would like a refund or a
replacement of the defective item.
• If you do not include a note, you may
not be refunded!
Please allow up to
3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
Refunds
will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account which you used in purchase.
